They said it's a software problem and advised i take the phone back to get an exchange. They did first advice that I check under messages > settings > text message. Under that menu, check message type is text. If it is, you SHOULD just be able to click the options button in the message, go to reply, and it SHOULD bring up TXT and MMS below that. If it doesn't, i'd think you have the same problem i do, and would advice you exchange it if you can, or if you can't, ring LG as they may be able to send you a software update. .. no, on to copy this message everywhere else i've seen this problem! hopefully others on a google mission will then read this and not waste the time i have. LG/Prada have really put some thought into the interface and with just a few minor issues which you have mentioned, have got a great phone. The one minor pet peeve of mine is that even though T9 is accurate enough and all I really wish they wouldve given the user an option to use a full qwerty keyboard layout in landscape mode.
