Seems like someone had some things to get off of their chest. A former Sprint employee, interviewed under the condition of anonymity, has bared his/her sole to The Consumerist, offering potential and current Sprint subscribers a bevy of useful tips to get the best deals and break bend the rules. Some of the tips, including the SERO plan, are common knowledge, but a couple of them are of interest, including the claim that "moving" (read: conjuring a fictitious address) to an area without service will allow for an ETF waiver. Whether or not these bits will work for you is anyone’s guess, but as we all know, everything depends on the Customer Service rep you’re dealing with, so if at first you don’t succeed…
