Seems like someone had some things to get off of their chest. A former Sprint employee, interviewed under the condition of anonymity, has bared his/her sole to The Consumerist, offering potential and current Sprint subscribers a bevy of useful tips to get the best deals and break bend the rules. Some of the tips, including the SERO plan, are common knowledge, but a couple of them are of interest, including the claim that "moving" (read: conjuring a fictitious address) to an area without service will allow for an ETF waiver.
