CompUSA Goes all out with T-Mobile Dash For $49.99
Perhaps due, at least in part, to their recent downsizing project, brick-and-mortar retailer CompUSA is currently offering the T-Mobile Dash for the low low price of $49.99. This price is straight up — no mail-in rebates — no sacrificial offerings (unless you consider a two-year service agreement to fall under the latter). CompUSA stores are disappearing like hotcakes, so if you’ve got a hankering for some Dash in your life, better to head on down sooner than later.

Yeah, the price is for a new two-year service agreement. I do seem to remember CompUSA offering upgrades for their advertised price +$50, but I would suggest contacting your local store before getting too excited.
