They have configurations that include Core 2 Duo procs, up to 2 GB RAM, TV tuners, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc... and all available in the states through buy.com, pcclub.com, and many other retailers. No Apple suit so far and it's been a few years now. Sorry, you're a bit late on this one. Sorry to break it to you guys but the AOpen Mini has been around for a while now.
