BlackBerry 8800 Internet Browser Walkthrough
Although not a total redesign, the new and improved BlackBerry 8800 does include some great features. From a navigation cursor to built-in RSS feeds this baby is hot! The internet browsing is very zippy with WiFi and even without. It speeds along like the BlackBerry your used to: only faster. You click Desktop View and then can scroll left, right, up, down, and select links. Select with what though? A mouse!



When hovering over a hyperlink it will automatically change to a pointer.


If the cursor is over a text-entry field it will again change.

Web Feed? RSS feeds baby! All built-in to the Browser!


Selecting Add Web Feed will notify you of any existing RSS feeds on the current page your browsing. It adds a bookmark into the browser, click the bookmark and this is what you get…


Roll over an article and it will give you a quick preview

Click an article and the RSS feed opens in the mini-browser

The Pearl includes the RSS functionality of which you speak, it’s not new nor is it exclusive to the 8800.
can you perform a right click?
