Cingular Posts Record 4Q Profits
America’s largest carrier posted record 4th quarter numbers today. Cingular AT&T’s stock surged up 3.8% this morning with the news that their wireless division quadrupled their earnings. While these numbers have nothing to do with the venerable iPhone, one can only assume that monster’s impending release will do nothing but push these margins higher.
